To cancel your service, contact us by email as soon as practical.
For cancellations within 48 hours of the start of your session there is no refund.
For cancellations within 7 days of the start of your session, you will receive a credit for future Elevate Masterclass.
For cancellations more than 7 days before the start of your session, you will receive a full refund.
We will only provide you with a refund of the fees paid for the services in the event that we are unable to provide the services or if we otherwise decide (in our sole and absolute discretion) that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances.
Payments for orders must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. If alternative payment terms apply, these will be clearly stated in the order confirmation.
You acknowledge and agree that where a request for the payment of a fee is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any other reason, then you are liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges, associated with the unpaid fee.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify us from and against all actions, claims, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses (whether in tort or in contract) arising out of or related to your use of this website.
Any failure or delay by us to enforce any provision of these terms will not be interpreted as a waiver of our rights or remedies.
