Creating a business with authentic integrity.
Business Coaching Playbook.

This 12-day program is for existing or aspiring business coaches who want to build a sustainable business coaching practice. Imagine working only three days per week, earning more than you do in your current role, and having more job security than anybody you know?

After 20 years of running a successful business coaching practice, the time has come for me to share with you how I do what I do. My coaching practice has taken me around Australia and around the world, and I couldn’t have imagined that when I first started, back in 2003.

Since then, I have built a robust client base, started a coaching group called Acuity, become a trained mindfulness teacher, been to Harvard Business School, and written three books. Being coached, and becoming a coach has changed my life in ways I could only have dreamt of, and unlocked opportunities that have been immensely rewarding.

I have, however, come across many coaches who are not making the most of their desire to be a coach, who switch in and out of running a practice and being an employee, and often have their business model wrong. Maybe they are trying things that work in the US, but not in Australia. Maybe they got sucked into the hype model, and crashed and burned.

I have proven up a successful model, tried and tested just about everything and know what works and what doesn’t. The result of this accumulated wisdom is distilled into this program, the Business Coaching Playbook.

Come and join with others in a close working group to learn, practice and develop new skills and understandings to enable you to coach businesses and people more effectively and sustainably. Learn how to change lives, including your own.

The program has four key elements

  • Coaching Concepts
  • Coaching Skills
  • Coaching Plan
  • Coaching Practice

Coaching Concepts is about the key contextual tools you can use to coach businesses and create clarity, alignment, and energy.

Coaching Skills include the processes and practice necessary to conduct the conversations in which you will share the Coaching Concepts, and drive education and implementation of these Concepts.

Coaching Plan covers how to discover the information you need to construct a coaching roadmap for yourself and the client, and to ensure that the order of the content makes sense.

Coaching Practice explains how to run a successful, sustainable practice so you never need to worry about looking for clients ever again.
